ABOUT EZR CONSULTING
My name is Eric Zachary Ryder. I am a "General Technologist", in that I have gone deep-diving on many different aspects of hi-tech. Primarily through my years spent in Technical Support, Pre-Sales/Marketing, and as an Architect, specializing in performance tuning of all tiers- web, application, and database- encompassing the Documentum document management software suite. I live in Napa, CA, (about an hour outside of San Francisco). My other specialties include: health-checks, data migration, Oracle and SQL Server tuning, UNIX shellscripting, load testing, server-side architecture, capacity planning, and overall infrastructure design and implementation. I have also designed several company web sites. I am currently primarily interested in a permanent, full time, Sr. Technical Support, Sr. Solutions Engineer, Mid-Level Oracle or SQL Server DBA, or Mid-Level UNIX/Linux Sys Admin position in the SF Bay Area or Greater Sacramento area, but may be open to a permanent or contract position anywhere in the northwestern U.S. or Canada, on-site or remote.
